Join Challenge Works as they host a gathering for Trainers and aspiring Trainers in the Ropes/ Challenge Course industry. This event is designed for connection, growth, and inspiration as trainers. This is a great way to engage with fellow trainers, strengthen your skills, and learn new ones while learning from professionals with deep experience in the industry. Beyond fun and skill building, this is a great time to journey inward and set goals rooted in the heart of why you train. This event takes place over 3 days in the heart of the Santa Cruz Mountains amongst the redwoods.

FUNDAMENTALS TRAINING - LVL1
Challenge Works is hosting a 40 hour training and testing event that will cover the basics of what it takes to be a challenge course practitioner. This training is perfect for entry level or ground-based practitioners. You will learn new and reinforce existing skills used in standard challenge course operations. This training takes place over 5 days and culminates in a final day of written and practical assessment where you will be tested for a Level 1 ACCT Challenge Course Practitioner Certification.

ADVANCED TRAINING -
LVL2
Challenge Works is hosting a 40 hour training course diving deep into challenge course operations and rescue procedures. This training is for practitioners who have experience in challenge course operations and want to gain and practice advanced level skills including at-height rescue scenarios, special course access, and technical know-how. It is highly recommended that practitioners have prior knowledge of the ACCT standards. This training takes place over 5 days and culminates in a final day of written and practical assessment where you will be tested for a Level 2 ACCT Challenge Course Practitioner Certification.
